According to a report Microsoft is now actively marketing the Windows 10 mobile to their business customers. Even though we are not seeing any sign of Windows 10 mobile OS hardware launch by Microsoft for customers right now but it is pretty clear that Microsoft is not giving up on the Windows 10 mobile as a business perspective.
You know that Microsoft is having a different development branch called feature2 for Windows 10 mobile right now which is being called as maintenance mode. This does give a sense of death of Windows 10 mobile but this is not correct according to the report which says that the maintenance mode is necessary for making it fit for the for the next branches of development that are redstone3, redstone4 and so on.
It is believed that Until 26 November 2016, Microsoft’s business strategy for the Windows 10 mobile didn’t exist. Now according to sources, Microsoft has started to push their strategy for Windows 10 mobile app for business customers.
Microsoft is pushing the idea of HP Elite X3’s 3 in 1 devices marketing to their business customers along with their commitment for the improvements in the OS for enterprises. The idea of ‘One Windows’ by Microsoft is definitely a moot point where an enterprise can actually depend on windows OS completely because of security, software distribution, device management from Microsoft. Microsoft is also working for a new hardware for the Windows 10 mobile on the line of 3-in-1 for their customers. There is a clear road map from Microsoft for pushing Windows 10 mobile for business customers.

All well and good but you need to have devices for businesses to use to gain any traction. As the Lumias have all been dropped from production you basically only have the Elite x3 and the Idol left. There has been zero news from MS regarding their strategy for Mobile other than working on more apps for Android and iPhones & getting Windows 10 to work better with those two platforms.
Satya has said that Continuum is a main focal point with their future strategy but I have seen zero development done to Continuum since the Anniversary Update with the exception of bug fixing here and there. If Continuum is an important part of their future plans, you think they would be putting more work into it and releasing builds to whatever Insiders are left to test.
But they haven't and all that has come for Feature 2 is a very very small handful of bug fixes. If Feature 2 is meant to get Mobile up to speed with the rest of W10, then you would think more improvements would be coming for each build, but when you see the changelogs compared to PC, it's bread crumbs.
If there is a future for W10M, you think there would be more for Insiders to test and give feedback on. After all, didn't MS dump a lot of QA employees around the time they ramped up the Insider program? If they have been relying on us for testing and have fewer folks in their own offices to test, how are they going to be able to ensure anything they release for Enterprise would be stable or worth while?
The reality is that W10M has been (at present) killed off with the exception of maintenance. There are no new devices and no known plans or direction for consumers or businesses to follow. Regardless of what Satya or anybody else at MS says, it's all fluff and until something tangible is available, nobody is going to have any faith in MS's mobile plans.
Meanwhile I will keep using my L950XL for as long as I can, but if there is no good W10M alternative when it comes time to upgrade, my options are obvious.
I use Alcatel idol 4s its a awesome phone,it's a great alternative
