Direct Download links for KB4041676 is now available for the Creators Update devices. Microsoft is rolling out the Windows 10 Build 15063.674 to the non-Insiders i.e the general public with the Creators Update and you can update the machine over Windows Update, alternatively, you can download KB4041676 offline installer and upgrade your machine without the internet connection.

Windows 10 Build 15063.674 is just a cumulative update so it contains no new features or major changes, Microsoft has only fixed some bugs. You can expect new features to arrive with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

The latest cumulative update brings tons of fixes. Microsoft has fixed an issue where the UWP and Centennial apps wouldn’t launch with an error message ‘this app can’t be open’. Another issue where the apps with Silverlight map stack wouldn’t work has been fixed with the latest update.

Microsoft has also fixed an annoying issue with the Start screen layout where the customizations to the start layout are lost. Microsoft has also fixed bugs with the Internet Explorer where the form submissions, rendering of the graphics element, docking and undocking of windows and the pop-up window wouldn’t function properly.

The company also released security updates to Microsoft Windows Search Component, Windows kernel, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Windows kernel-mode drivers, Windows Wireless Networking, Windows Server, Device Guard and the list goes on.

Lastly, a bug with Microsoft Store (formerly known as Windows Store) has been fixed where the downloads of some games and apps would fail with the error code 0x80070005 and the workaround was to restart the download.
